Content standards

Educational content should be traceable, reviewable, and clearly labeled.

Arcade Academy is designed to keep source and review context attached to study material while separating neutral demonstration fixtures from production educational content.

Publication workflow

Review is a lifecycle, not a one-time badge.

The platform workflow is structured so the reviewed version, its source, and its managed assets stay aligned.

  1. Record the source

A production content record needs source information that an administrator and reviewer can inspect.

  2. Review the educational item

A qualified reviewer should examine the prompt, answer, explanation, attachments, and the way the item will be used.

  3. Attach review metadata

Reviewer identity, review status, and the last-reviewed date stay with the content record.

  4. Publish through the guarded workflow

Student-facing publication is reserved for active content that has the required source and approval state.

  5. Reset review after meaningful edits

When reviewed content or its managed assets change, the workflow returns it to review instead of silently preserving an old approval.

Visible context

Students should be able to inspect the status of what they study.

Review metadata is useful only when it remains understandable at the point of use.

Source

Where the educational material came from or what supports it.

Review status

Whether the item is still a draft, ready for review, approved, or otherwise not published.

Reviewer

Who completed the recorded review when that metadata applies.

Last reviewed

When the current approved version was last reviewed.

Report action

A path for students to flag a concern without directly changing platform content.

Demo versus production

A working demonstration is not reviewed clinical content.

The local sample data exists to exercise filters, workflows, games, and layouts. It should never be mistaken for launch-ready educational material.

Demonstration content

Demo, not reviewed

Neutral fixtures demonstrate application capacity and are intentionally marked as unreviewed. They should not be loaded into production or relied on for clinical learning.

Production content

Reviewed workflow

Production material should be sourced, reviewed by a qualified person, approved through the administrative workflow, dated, and kept inside an ongoing review process.

A report starts review. It does not rewrite the record.

Students can report a concern from educational surfaces. An administrator can then inspect the exact content and review context before deciding what should change.
