Use Arcade Academy for education

Arcade Academy is a study workspace for personal educational use. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic system, emergency guidance, or a substitute for accredited education, supervision, or clinical judgment.

Protect your account

Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials private, use a strong unique password, and follow secure verification and recovery flows.

Do not upload patient information

Do not enter protected health information, identifiable case details, another person's private information, or files you are not authorized to store.

Respect content boundaries

Use platform content and personal study tools lawfully. Do not try to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another student's private workspace.

Arcade Academy does not promise that using the service will produce a particular examination result. Study metrics, streaks, achievements, accuracy, and topic patterns are practice feedback only. They are not a measure of readiness for clinical practice.

Educational material can become incomplete or outdated. Check source and review information, report concerns, and rely on your program faculty and current authoritative guidance for clinical learning and patient care.

Arcade Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCCPA. References to the PANCE describe the intended study context and do not imply sponsorship or approval.

• Unlocking an exam opens its full question bank in every game, its flashcard decks, and its study resources on the account you were signed in to when you paid. It is not a subscription: you are charged once, nothing renews, and the unlock does not expire while the exam is offered and your account exists.
• The exam guides, the sample questions, and the daily game stay free. Unlocking one exam does not unlock any other exam.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Arcade Academy never sees or stores your card details; Stripe sends your receipt to the email you enter at checkout.
• To ask for a refund, email our support team (a contact address is coming soon) from, or quoting, the email address on your Stripe receipt, and say which exam it was for. A refunded payment returns to the original payment method, and the exam locks again on your account when the refund is issued. A payment reversed through a chargeback also locks the exam.
• Deleting your account ends its unlocks. Unlocks cannot be moved to another account.
